Winter 2024 & 2025 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at YorkXPS

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2023 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK XPS have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Windy Nation ACT-2pcsXin-MBRKS-SWTCH-X parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Woodward products, including obsoleted and phased-out Yanmar parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Worcester product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Woodward such as the 5464337 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the KPH3 manufactured by Yanmar and we are pleased to be able to service most Yanmar systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature B100S10 by Manufacturer Worcester as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 YORK has Xinje Brand T765S in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Yaskawa such as CACRHR10AAB equipment made by Yaskawa have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Yaskawa products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Yaskawa" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available 145000251 made by Yaskawa as well as the popular 8100072A original spares produced by Xycom

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the VC25 by X-Rite and CACRHR10AAB spares by Yaskawa are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original CACR02SU3C Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Yaskawa.
